目的 探讨平衡盐溶液(BSS)保存的游离角膜片用于穿透性角膜移植的临床效果。方法 在实验研究的基础上,应用4℃BSS保存4~72h的游离角膜片对156只眼进行穿透性角膜移植(BSS保存组),并与20只全眼球4℃湿房保存24~48h取下的角膜用于同样手术(湿房保存组)的效果相比较。术后随访观察1~10年。结果 BSS保存组和湿房保存组的植片透明率分别为77.6%和75.0%;排斥反应发生率分别为17.9%和15.0%;术后矫正视力0.3以上者分别为52.6%和50.0%;上述结果之间差异均无显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 两种方法保存后的角膜材料用于穿透性角膜移植的临床效果相似。活性角膜材料置BSS中的短期保存方法值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of free corneal preserved by Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) for penetrating keratoplasty. Methods On the basis of experimental studies, we performed transplanting corneal transplantation (BSS preservation group) on 156 eyes with 4 ~ 72h free corneal slices preserved in BSS at 4 ℃, and 20 ~ 40h wet eyes with 20 ~ The removed cornea was used for the same surgery (wet preservation group) compared to the effect. Follow-up observation of 1 to 10 years. Results The transparence rates of grafts in BSS preservation group and wet preservation group were 77.6% and 75.0% respectively. The incidence of rejection was 17.9% and 15.0% respectively. The corrected visual acuity of 0.3 and above was 52.6% and 50.0% respectively. There was no significant difference between the results (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical effects of corneal material preserved by both methods on penetrating keratoplasty are similar. The short-term preservation of active corneal material in BSS is worth promoting.
