一、工程概况枫树坝位于广东省龙川县内东江上游,距县城老隆64公里.坝址岩性为安山玢岩,基本烈度为Ⅶ度,设防烈度为Ⅷ度.水库正常高水位为166米高程,相应库容15.4亿米~3.电站实际装机容量为16万千瓦,年平均发电量为6.06亿度.该坝坝型较复杂,由混凝土实体重力坝,空腹重力坝和宽缝重力坝三种坝墩构成.空腹重力坝内设厂房和变电站.坝顶长400米,宽度为6.5米,最高坝墩为95.3米.全坝分为三部分:0~＃—5~＃坝墩为右岸挡水段,
