本试验采用浓硫酸浸泡、不同始温浸种、砂纸摩擦3种方式,分别对白刺花种子进行处理后,测定25℃条件下白刺花种子的发芽率。结果表明,3种处理方式均能不同程度地提高白刺花种子的发芽率。3种方法相比较:砂纸摩擦处理的发芽率最高,效果最明显,发芽率为78.5%;浓硫酸浸泡处理的发芽率次之,发芽率为69.3%;不同始温浸种处理的发芽率最低,发芽率为57.8%。3种不同处理方式后,白刺花种子发芽率分别比对照提高了78.5%、69.3%和57.8%。
In this experiment, three methods of soaking sulfuric acid, soak in different initial temperature and rubbing with sandpaper were adopted to treat the seeds of Nitraria. The seeds of Nitraria were germinated at 25 ℃. The results showed that all the three treatments could improve the germination rate of the seeds of the white flower. Compared with the three methods, the sandpaper rubbing treatment had the highest germination rate with the most obvious effect, with the germination rate of 78.5%. The germination rate of the concentrated sulfuric acid soaking treatment was the second, with the germination rate of 69.3% The germination rate was 57.8%. After three different treatment methods, the germination rate of Nitraria seed was 78.5%, 69.3% and 57.8% higher than the control respectively.
