一问题的提出2008年以来,在规范办学行为、落实新课程方案的背景下,我校和全省其他高中学校一样,面临两个突出问题:一是课程开设进一步规范后,高考科目的课时安排较原先被压缩;二是学生自主学习和活动的时间增加,空间加大,因此需要加强对学生自主学习和活动的引导、管理。这些问题对学校的教学管理提出了挑战,迫切需要管理团队突破既有的思维定式,打破固有的路径依赖,进行改革与实践探索。二解决问题的过程与方法
