[目的]分析木天蓼根茎的化学成分.[方法]采用柱硅胶色谱、HPLC等技术对木天蓼根茎进行分离及纯化,通过1 H-NMR及13C-NMR等波谱方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.[结果]从木天蓼根茎中共分离得到7个化合物,经波谱解析分别鉴定为3β-O-乙酰熊果酸(1)、α-亚麻酸(2)、豆甾-4烯-3酮(3)、月桂酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)及表儿茶素(7).[结论]化合物1,2,3,4,6,7均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents of the rhizome of M. occidentalis. [Method] The rhizomes of M. occidentum L. were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were analyzed by 1 H-NMR and 13C- Seven compounds were isolated from rhizomes of M. tuberculosis and identified as 3β-O-acetyl-Ursolic acid (1), α-linolenic acid (2) (3), lauric acid (4), β-sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6) and epicatechin (7). [Conclusion] Compounds 1,2,3,4,6,7 For the first time isolated from the plant.
