本文主要阐述我厂在参考M345自动制壳机基础上,设计制造了一台体积更小的制壳机,在这台设备上采用先进的电子程序控制电路和气、液压联合传动结构,使得正机在运行过程中动作更为稳定可靠。为充分利用气源,降低噪音,以压缩空气进行沸腾撒砂。又把工艺性较差的焊接件改为铸造零件,尤其是将六只原用钢板焊成的摆动曲臂,改为ZL104铝合金铸件,使零件重量减轻很多。远红外线干燥是一项七十年代新技术,把它运用于熔模精密铸造,电力消耗大为减少。对制壳工艺也作了很多改进,主要在涂料和氯化铵硬化剂中加入微量渗透剂,在不提高硬化剂浓度和温度情况下,同样达到快速硬化目的,从而改善操作工人的劳动条件,延长设备的使用寿命。正机主要特点为:占地面积小,投资少;适应性强,能满足多品种小批量生产要求;工艺比较先进,生产周期短,效率高;工人的劳动强度也大大减轻。
