用胸腺肽 α１联合干扰能治疗慢性丙型肝炎 ２０例，疗程 １８０ ｄ，与单用干扰能进行疗效对比．结果表明两组 ＡＬＴ复常率分别为 ８０％和 ５０％， Ｐ ＜０． ０５；两组 ＨＣＶ ＲＮＡ阴转率分别为７０％和 ３５％， Ｐ ＜０． ０５。提示胸腺肽 α１与干扰能联合用药疗效相加，可能是目前治疗慢性丙型肝炎的有效方法之一。
