红黄两色向来是中国人心目中的吉祥色,而有一道家常菜就融合了这两种颜色,深受“懒人”们的厚爱——这就是西红柿(番茄)炒鸡蛋。中国中医科学院教授杨力更是对此道菜肴赞赏有加,称之为“饮食中的绝配”。
Red and yellow has always been the auspicious color of the Chinese people, but there is a home-cooked fusion of these two colors, by “lazy ” love - this is tomato (tomato) scrambled eggs. Yang Li, a professor of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, praised this dish as “a perfect match in the diet.”
