我们的教学不但要有效,而且要优质。所谓优质教学,即高质、高效、高水平、高境界的教学,优质教学必然是有效教学,但有效教学未必是优质教学。有效教学只是对教学的基本要求,优质教学才是我们的追求目标,新课程呼唤优质教学。要想从有效教学走向优质教学,教师的专业成长必不可少。怎样使自己的课堂深刻、独到、广博、启发、机智、有绝招?在认真思考后,我们要着力做到:牢固树立三维目标的意识,为每一节课制定切合实际的课程目标,使每一节课都有明确清晰的教学方向,这是提升教学有效性的前提;要依据语文学科特点和学生认知水平,精选教学内容,突出学科特色,抓住教学重点,突破教学难点,使每一节课都让学生有实实在在的认知收获和科学感悟,要真正确立学生主体地位,认真发挥教师主导作用;要把生成的预设和谐统一起来,既要注重高水平的预设又要注重动态的生成。
