基于对2014年重大劳工事件的回顾,试图回答影响当代中国劳资关系走向的三个基本问题:工人的诉求是理性的么?社会力量的参与值得鼓励么?地方政府控制和安抚的“两手”是可以持续的么?工人的集体行动渐趋理性,社会力量已经广泛而深入地介入到劳资关系之中,有助于防止劳资关系的过度激进化,而政府处理劳资关系的临时性做法亟需制度化。
Based on the review of major labor events in 2014, the author attempts to answer three basic questions that affect the trend of labor-capital relations in contemporary China: Are the demands of workers rational? Is the participation of social forces encouraged? The control and appeasement of local governments Is it sustainable? The collective actions of workers are becoming more and more rational. Social forces have extensively and deeply involved in the relations between employers and employers, helping to prevent the over-radicalization of the relations between employers and employees.
