目的:以三七总皂苷进行药物干预,反证阿尔茨海默病-血瘀证病证结合树鼩模型的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测各组树鼩大脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。结果:与空白组相比,阿尔茨海默病组树鼩大脑中NE含量降低,病证结合造模使这一降低现象加重,而三七总皂苷给药缓解了这一变化。结论:阿尔茨海默病-血瘀证病证结合树鼩模型具有稳定性。
OBJECTIVE: To take Panax notoginseng saponins for drug intervention, and to verify the stability of the Alzheimer’s disease-blood stasis syndrome-bound tree shrew model. Methods: The contents of norepinephrine (NE) in the shrews of tree shrews were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Compared with the blank group, the content of NE in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease group decreased, and the combination of disease and syndrome increased the decrease of this phenomenon, while the administration of notoginseng total saponin alleviated this change. Conclusion: Alzheimer’s disease - syndrome of blood stasis combined with tree 鼩 model has stability.
