目的 :研究不同给药途径下联麦氧钒 [bis(maltolato)oxovanadium ,BMOV]对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用 ,并初步探讨其降糖机制。方法 :建立四氧嘧啶 (alloxan)型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,分别采用腹腔注射、灌胃、皮下注射、静脉快速注射和静脉慢速注射 (7~ 8min)等 5种给药方式 ,通过血糖测定观察糖尿病大鼠单剂量给予BMOV溶液后的降血糖作用 ,并测定血浆胰岛素水平。结果 :除静脉注射给药以外 ,其他方式给予BMOV溶液后都使糖尿病大鼠的血糖明显下降 ,而且表现为长效的降血糖作用。糖尿病大鼠的进水量和进食量明显减少。血浆胰岛素水平没有明显增加。高剂量给药时 ,BMOV可引起部分低血糖和腹泻现象 ,未见其它明显的毒副作用。结论 :灌胃、皮下注射、腹腔注射BMOV溶液对糖尿病大鼠具有较好的长效降血糖作用 ,而BMOV的降血糖作用并不是通过提高大鼠体内胰岛素的水平来实现的。
AIM: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of bis (maltolato) oxovanadium (BMOV) in diabetic rats under different routes of administration, and to investigate its hypoglycemic mechanism. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were established by intraperitoneal injection, gavage, subcutaneous injection, rapid intravenous injection and slow intravenous injection (7 ~ 8min) The hypoglycemic effect of a single dose of BMOV solution on diabetic rats and the determination of plasma insulin levels. Results: In addition to intravenous injection, all other ways to give BMOV solution significantly decreased blood glucose in diabetic rats, and the performance of long-acting hypoglycemic effect. The water intake and food intake of diabetic rats decreased significantly. Plasma insulin levels did not increase significantly. BMOV caused some hypoglycemia and diarrhea at high dose, and no other obvious side effects. Conclusion: Gavage, subcutaneous injection and intraperitoneal injection of BMOV solution have good long-term hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats, and the hypoglycemic effect of BMOV is not achieved by increasing the level of insulin in rats.
