我们根据对钢在淬火过程的相变超塑性效应的研究和工艺试验,总结出了控制和减少工件变形的限形淬火法,几年来在我厂和兄弟单位应用,取得了较好效果,并积累了不少好的经验。苏联有关文献,也推荐应用在固定工件形状条件下发挥相变超塑性作用的方法,有效减少工件的淬火变形。本文简要介绍限形淬火的原理和要点,着重结合实例介绍限形淬火的常用方法及其有关现场经验。
