本文详细地介绍了自制低沸点工质定容式PVT_x实验装置的实验原理、功能及技术指标。这套装置系全部采用国产仪器和设备,其温度测量范围为-30～200℃,压力测量范围为负压～60bar。文中详细介绍了试验块体积的标定方法和实验数据偏差分析。利用这套装置,对国产氟里昂R12等五种纯、混合工质进行了试验,有关R12(150组)的实验情况及偏差比较,附有详尽的数据表格及与美国手册[1]比较的结果。
This paper introduces in detail the experimental principle, function and technical index of self-made PVT_x experimental apparatus with low boiling point working capacity. This set of devices are all made using domestic instruments and equipment, the temperature measurement range of -30 ~ 200 ℃, the pressure measurement range of negative pressure ~ 60bar. In this paper, the calibration method of test block volume and the deviation analysis of experimental data are introduced in detail. The device was used to test five pure and mixed refrigerants of Freon R12 made in China. The experimental data and the deviations of R12 (150 groups) were compared with detailed data tables and comparison with the American manual [1] result.
