With the continuous deepening of education reform, especially after the implementation of curriculum reform, many localities have implemented the “British-American model” of teacher development evaluation methods. This evaluation method stimulates the enthusiasm of teachers and promotes the professional development of teachers. And promotion has played an active role. However, when we implement it with full expectation, we find that the development of the evaluation concept based on the “teacher oriented” has led to the phenomenon of teachers’ learning burnout and enthusiasm.
