本文应用免放法和放免法对消化系统及非消化系统良、恶性疾病327例测定血清CA19-9、CA50、AFP、CEA。结果显示:四种肿瘤标志物对恶性肿瘤的检出率明显高于良性疾病,且对消化系恶性肿瘤的检出也高于非消化系恶性肿瘤。标志物单测敏感性低,使用并联法敏感性达77.3%。各类疾病对标志物作相关分析、胆囊、胃、肝、结肠癌与CA19-9、CA50均呈正相关(r=0.8345,P<0.05),应用多因素分析判别标志物的性能。认为CA19-9、AFP、CEA器官特异性较好(P<0.001),而CA50特异性较差,为一广谱肿瘤标志物。 %
In this paper, serum CA19-9, CA50, AFP, and CEA were measured in 327 cases of benign and malignant diseases of the digestive system and non-digestive system using exemption and radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the detection rate of four tumor markers was significantly higher than that of benign diseases, and the detection of malignant tumors of the digestive system was also higher than that of non-digestive cancers. The sensitivity of single marker test is low, and the sensitivity of using parallel method is 77.3%. All kinds of diseases were correlated with markers, gallbladder, stomach, liver and colon cancer were positively correlated with CA19-9 and CA50 (r=0.8345, P<0.05). Multivariate analysis was used to determine the performance of the markers. The specificity of CA19-9, AFP and CEA in organ was better (P<0.001), but the specificity of CA50 was poorer. It was a broad-spectrum tumor marker. %
