通过对25t 轴重机车的动力学计算分析,认为影响25t 轴重机车动力学性能的主要因素在于一、二系悬挂参数,找出了对应于不同性能的优化参数,使得25t 轴重机车的动力学性能达到23t 轴重机车的水平。通过对25t 轴重机车主要零部件的强度计算分析比较,认为由于23t 轴重机车的结构设计较为保守,主要零部件的结构皆能满足25t 轴重机车的使用要求并能保证强度和刚度要求
