目的探讨输卵管结扎术后开腹直视下使用精细吻合器械行输卵管吻合术的临床疗效。方法选取38例实施过输卵管结扎术、符合计划生育政策的无手术禁忌证的身体健康育龄妇女,对其进行子宫、附件无明显炎症粘连、无肿瘤等妇科检查,患者卵巢功能较良好,月经周期规律,开腹直视下使用精细吻合器械行输卵管吻合术。结果术后患者输卵管复通率达97.36%;妊娠率达91.7%;输卵管长度≤8cm和长度>8cm患者再次妊娠率比较,P<0.05,差异显著;吻合部位在峡部、峡壶腹部比在宫角的再次妊娠率优异,差异显著。结论此项手术成本较低,手术时间较短,且成功率较高,适合在基层医院进行应用推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tubal anastomosis using fine anastomosis instruments under open-mouth surgery after tubal ligation.
