以西安市轨道交通3号线3标段隧道施工为研究背景,以推进速度为研究对象,利用遗传算法建立优化模型,通过对掘进参数进行调整,得到更优推进速度。结果表明经过优化后可将推进速度提高38.3%,将优化后的推进速度和实测推进速度进行对比,最大误差为9.09%,对复合地层实际盾构施工推进速度的优化提供一定参考。
Taking the tunnel construction of No. 3 section of Xi’an Metro Line 3 as the research background, taking the propulsion speed as the research object, the optimization model was established by genetic algorithm, and the optimal propulsion speed was obtained by adjusting the heading parameters. The results show that the optimized propulsion speed can be increased by 38.3%. The optimized propulsion speed is compared with the measured propulsion speed. The maximum error is 9.09%. This provides some reference for the optimization of the actual shield construction propulsion speed in the compound stratum.
