目的了解人工灌区水位变化对钉螺生存的影响,为生态控制钉螺提供科学依据。方法在水位变幅较大的引水总干渠内选择一坡滩作为观察点,同时以水深(水位)相对稳定的灌溉斗渠作为对照点;每月系统抽样查螺,室内鉴别钉螺死活;分析钉螺死亡率与气象及水位等因素的关系;以斗渠钉螺死亡率为基准,对于渠钉螺死亡率进行校正,分析校正钉螺死亡率与水位关系。结果干渠与斗渠的钉螺死亡率变化呈相同趋势,并高度相关;干渠校正钉螺死亡率与上月的水深呈显著负相关;干渠坡滩钉螺密度高,适宜钉螺孳生。结论在陈村水库灌区,钉螺生存除主要受气温等季节因素的影响外,还与水位变化显著有关。
Objective To understand the effect of water level change on survival of Oncomelania snails in artificial irrigated area and to provide a scientific basis for ecological control of snails. Methods One slope beach was selected as the observation point in the diversion trunk canal whose water level fluctuated widely, and the irrigation ditches, which are relatively stable in water depth (water level), were taken as the reference points. The monthly systematic snail sampling and indoor identification of snail death were performed. Rate and meteorological factors such as water level and so on. Based on the mortality of snail snails in channel fighting, the mortality of snail snails was corrected, and the relationship between the mortality and the water level was analyzed. Results The mortality of the snail in the main canal and the ditch was the same trend, which was highly correlated. The mortality of the corrected oncomelania in the main canal was negatively correlated with the water depth of last month. The density of snail in the dry slope was high and suitable for snail breeding. Conclusion In the irrigation area of Chencun reservoir, survival of Oncomelania snails is mainly related to seasonal factors, such as air temperature, but also to changes of water level.
