项目管理的概念已经深入人心,在软件开发管理中需要应用项目管理的原则、方法、手段、技巧,已为大家所公认。但是,许多组织尽管宣称实施项目管理,但实际成效并非立竿见影.令人满意。需要解决的问题在于:在组织内实施项目管理,如何开始?需要从何处入手?有什么前期工作要做?这些都直接关系到项目管理实施的成效,乃至成败。本文提供了在组织中实施项目管理的实用指南。文中所提供的提示和技巧,曾经在不同规模大小的项目中付诸实施,包括不到一百名人员的项目,和超三千名人员的项目。这些方法与软件无关,但经过在众多软件开发项目中的应用,的确效果显著。
The concept of project management has been deeply rooted in people’s minds. The principles, methods, means, and techniques for applying project management in software development management have been recognized by everyone. However, although many organizations claim to implement project management, actual results are not immediate and satisfactory. The question that needs to be solved is: how to start project management in an organization, how to get started, where to start, and what to do in the early stages. These are directly related to the effectiveness of project management implementation, and even the success or failure. This article provides practical guidance for implementing project management in your organization. The tips and techniques provided in this paper have been implemented in projects of different sizes, including projects with less than 100 personnel and projects with over 3,000 personnel. These methods have nothing to do with the software, but after many applications in software development projects, it is indeed effective.
