乳化沥青是一种含有水的沥青粘结材料,具有不同于热拌沥青混合料路面的成型机理,采用传统的标准马歇尔设计方法不能适应乳化沥青混合料的配合比设计。因而,在试验方法中要考虑乳化沥青的特性,采取相应的试验方法、成型和养生措施,尽可能模拟现场实际情况,使室内实验结果具有指导现场施工的意义。文章对乳化沥青混合料配合比设计法中的试验方法进行研究,提出了用初始无侧限抗压强度试验和成型再修正马歇尔试验进行混合料设计,并提出混合料设计步骤。
Emulsified asphalt is a kind of water-containing asphalt binder, which has a different forming mechanism from the hot asphalt mixture pavement. The traditional standard Marshall design method can not meet the mix design of emulsified asphalt mixture. Therefore, in the test method to take into account the characteristics of emulsified asphalt, to take the appropriate test methods, molding and health measures, as far as possible the actual situation on the scene so that the results of laboratory experiments with the site to guide the significance of construction. In this paper, the experimental methods in the mix design of emulsified asphalt mixture are studied. The design of the mixture with the unconfined compressive strength test and the modified Marshall test is proposed and the design procedure of the mixture is proposed.
