针对中性介质中Q235B钢的腐蚀问题,使用旋转挂片腐蚀试验机进行试验,利用动态腐蚀失重法、动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗等电化学方法研究了Q235B钢在不同浓缩倍率模拟水样中的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大,Q235B钢的动态腐蚀速率出现增大的趋势。溶液中腐蚀性离子的浓度随着溶液浓缩倍率的增加而增大,同时,电化学试验结果表明,电荷传递电阻和膜电阻均逐渐减小,导致电化学反应过程的阻力变小,加快了Q235B钢的腐蚀,与动态腐蚀失重法腐蚀速率的变化相对应。
Aiming at the corrosion of Q235B steel in neutral medium, the rotary coupon corrosion tester was used to carry out the test.
