辉县市城区美容美发店卫生状况调查分析

目的了解辉县市城区美容美发店的卫生状况,为加强公共场所卫生监督和管理提供依据。方法按照《美容美发场所卫生监督量化分级评分表》对辉县市城区93家已取得卫生许可证的理发美容店进行卫生状况调查,依据GB9666-1996《理发店、美容店卫生标准》进行评价。结果 93家单位化妆品索证合格率、从业人员持证率相对较低,分别为86.02%和90.87%;美容美发店公共用具消毒结果不甚满意,总合格率为84.96%。其中毛巾合格率73.68%、洗面盆合格率92.50%、剪刀合格率90.91%、梳子合格率89.09%,四者差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.60,P<0.01)。结论应加强美容美发业经常性卫生监督和从业人员卫生知识培训,加大监督执法力度,改善美容美发场所卫生状况。 Objective To understand the sanitary status of beauty salons in Huixian City and provide the basis for strengthening public health supervision and management. Methods According to the “Health and beauty salons place supervision and quantification grading scale” on the city of Huixian 93 have obtained health permits barber beauty shop health status survey, according to GB9666-1996 “barber shop, beauty shop health standards” for evaluation. Results 93 units of cosmetic certificate of passing rate, practitioners certification rate was relatively low, respectively 86.02% and 90.87%; beauty salon public appliances disinfection results unsatisfactory, with a total pass rate of 84.96%. Among them, the passing rate of towel was 73.68%, the passing rate of wash basin was 92.50%, the passing rate of scissors was 90.91% and the passing rate of comb was 89.09%. There was significant difference among the four (χ2 = 11.60, P <0.01). Conclusions The regular health supervision of beauty and hairdressing industry and the training of health knowledge of practitioners should be strengthened, and supervision and law enforcement should be strengthened to improve the hygiene condition of beauty and hairdressing establishments.
