本文研究了热解CVD法合成金刚石多晶的结晶习性,在结晶过程中金刚石的(111)、(100)和(110)三个晶面经过激烈竞争后均有显露,通常情况下(111)和(100)二个晶面发育得较完整,相继显露的几率也最大。
In this paper, the habit of synthesizing diamond polycrystalline by pyrolysis CVD is studied. The three crystal planes of (111), (100) and (110) And (100) two crystal planes developed more complete, the probability of one after another revealed the most.
