弦支穹顶结构是在克服了单层网壳和索穹顶结构的缺点,继承了其优点的基础上发展起来的,并被广泛认可和应用的一种新型预应力大跨度结构体系。在分析提出背景和力学原理的基础上,简述了国内外对弦支穹顶结构形态分析、优化设计、静动力性能和施工控制理论等方面的研究现状,并对其各种研究方法的特点进行了分析总结;介绍了天保中心大堂屋盖、2008奥运会羽毛球馆、济南奥体中心体育馆等典型弦支穹顶工程应用;提出了温度效应研究、考虑索撑节点滑移摩擦的动力反应分析、索力的测试及其补偿技术、超大跨度弦支穹顶设计理论等5项亟待解决关键课题,为进一步研究其结构性能和施工控制值理论创造了一定的条件和提供资料参考。
