利用高频感应炉熔炼奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Si3,然后热轧成变形试样。使用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对钢进行压缩变形试验(应变速率0.04~0.4 s~(-1),温度范围800~1 000℃),获得高温下的流变曲线图。利用数学方法对钢的热变形行为进行描述,计算出其再结晶激活能为507.62 k J/mol。
High-frequency induction furnace melting austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Si3, and then hot deformed into the sample. The compressive deformation test (strain rate 0.04 ~ 0.4 s ~ (-1), temperature range 800 ~ 1 000 ℃) was carried out on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine to obtain the rheological curve at high temperature. The thermal deformation behavior of steel was described by mathematical method. The activation energy of recrystallization was calculated to be 507.62 kJ / mol.
