目前我国购买过奖励旅游的企业逐渐增多,但定制化程度和组织频率都不高,奖励旅游市场没有得到充分发展,还具有很大的发展潜力。本文在文献研究的基础上,通过调查了解分析了我国奖励旅游市场之所以发展不佳的原因,找出了我国奖励旅游发展的制约因素。
