新疆铁道报是一张企业报纸,面对当今传媒千帆竞发、百舸争流的态势,如何坚守阵地,有所作为?盘点和梳理我们这些年的报纸工作,有许多教训、坎坷,也不乏收获和感悟。其中最重要的、也是感受最深的,就是企业报必须紧贴企业的生产实际,紧贴群众。惟有此,方能在企业中立足,在职工中立足,在报林中立足。记得大约在12年前,“让职工在版面上唱主角”的通栏大标题第一次在本报出现。报社的大胆举措令人欣慰地得到了乌鲁木齐铁路局领导的认同。从那时起,一个主旨,一种定位,一项责任,在全社采编人员中形成,并贯穿于此后的新闻实践中。
