目的了解樟木口岸传染病情况,为制定防制传染病流行、口岸传染病监测措施提供依据。方法采集所监测人员血清样本,进行乙肝、梅毒、HIV 抗体检测。结果278名受检人员检出阳性结果33例,总检出率11.87%,乙肝占60.6%、梅毒占36.36%、HIV 占3.03%。结论应加强传染病防治知识的宣传教育,普遍提高人们的认知水平,加大对高危人群实施行为干预。加强实验室检测工作,提高监测能力。
Objective To understand the situation of infectious diseases in Zhangmu port and provide the basis for the development of epidemic prevention and control of port infectious diseases. Methods The serum samples of the monitored persons were collected for the detection of hepatitis B, syphilis and HIV antibodies. Results A total of 278 subjects detected positive results in 33 cases, with a total detection rate of 11.87%, hepatitis B accounting for 60.6%, syphilis accounting for 36.36% and HIV accounting for 3.03%. Conclusions Publicity and education on prevention and treatment of infectious diseases should be strengthened to generally raise people’s cognitive level and increase intervention in high-risk groups. Strengthen laboratory testing to improve monitoring capabilities.
