太极“非常改制” 步长借机求强2002年11月28日,中国第一台通用电子计算机的制造商太极计算机公司宣布改制完毕,成为太极计算机股份有限公司。步长集团总裁赵涛进入太极董事会并担任副董事长。太极计算机公司是华北计算技术研究所(又称信产部十五所)的国有独资企业。在改制后的太极股东结构中,十五所占62％股份保持控股权;在38％民营资本中,步长以25％的股权成为第二大股东。据了解,改制后太极的短期发展战略是力争在2004年上市。
Tai Chi “Very Restructured” Step by Step Takes Opportunity to Strengthen On November 28, 2002, Taiji Computer Co., the first manufacturer of general-purpose electronic computers in China, announced that it had completed restructuring and became Taiji Computer Co., Ltd. Zhao Tao, president of Step Group, entered the Taiji board of directors and served as vice chairman. Taiji Computer Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise of the North China Institute of Computing Technology (also known as the Ministry of Information Industry 15). In the reformed Taiji shareholder structure, fifteen percent of the shares held by the company retain controlling stakes; in 38% of private capital, step grows with 25% of the shares becoming the second largest shareholder. It is understood that Tai Chi’s short-term development strategy after the restructuring is to strive to be listed in 2004.
