研究了山西省主要菜地中辣椒疫霉菌种群数量的季节性变化、垂直分布及在土壤中的残存。结果表明 ,辣椒疫霉菌种群数量的季节性变化与温度的关系最密切 ,夏、秋季菌量最多 ,最适温度为 2 5~ 2 8℃。辣椒疫霉菌主要分布在 0~ 10cm土层内
The seasonal variation, vertical distribution and remaining in the soil of Phytophthora capsici in the main vegetable fields in Shanxi Province were studied. The results showed that the seasonal variation of the population of P. capsici was the most closely related to the temperature, with the highest amount of bacteria in summer and autumn with the optimum temperature of 25-28 ℃. Phytophthora capsici are mainly distributed in 0 ~ 10cm soil layer
