测量由血液至气道上皮内衬液(ELF)的蛋白梯度,以调查稳定性哮喘患者血浆蛋白渗入气道腔是否增加,及其与支气管高反应性间的关系.方法 14例不吸烟哮喘患者,年龄16~88岁,其中9例血清 IgE<240 IU/ml,对尘螨、花粉、动物皮屑、烟曲菌、鸟类羽毛、白桦粉、屋尘等变应原IgE 放射变应吸附试验(RAST)反应阴性;5例1种以上或多种变应原 IgE RAST 反应阳性或血清中IgE>240IU/ml。8名不吸烟健康者为对照,年龄25~49岁.
