用固定床和搅拌槽进行了吸附(离子交换)柠檬酸实验。研究固定床工艺和搅拌槽工艺对吸附剂吸附效率和工作吸附容量的影响,比较了逆流解吸和顺流解吸对回收率的影响。在装填大孔吸附剂的固定床上用逆流解吸获得96%的回收率。在搅拌槽中,吸附剂的吸附效率大于固定床中吸附剂的吸附效率,建立了柠檬酸吸附动力学模型,获得理论计算值与实验值一致的结果。
Adsorption (ion exchange) citric acid experiments were carried out on a fixed bed and stirred tank. The effects of fixed-bed process and stirred tank process on the adsorption efficiency and working adsorption capacity of adsorbent were studied. The effects of countercurrent desorption and downstream desorption on the recovery were compared. A 96% recovery was obtained by countercurrent desorption on a fixed bed packed with macroporous adsorbent. In the stirred tank, the adsorption efficiency of the adsorbent is greater than that of the adsorbent in the fixed bed. The kinetic model of citric acid adsorption is established, and the theoretical calculated value is consistent with the experimental value.
