练健身长跑最好个别进行,这是与其它体育运动项目不同的地方。通过个别练习,我们可以根据自身适应能力更准确地掌握运动量。对于一个不会控制自己刚开始练习长跑的新手来说,个别练习尤其重要。众所周知,集体练长跑是很令人开心的,然而在长跑中往往出现自觉或不自觉的竞争。体弱者为此要付出力所不能及的代价来抢速度,因而会导致疲劳过度,而这点又往往是他们放弃练长跑的原因。当然,不是不可以和同伴们集体练长跑,而是,每个人要根据自身的体力情况来练习。
It is best to practice fitness long distance running, which is different from other sports.
