公文办理是一项程序性强、涉及面广、环节较多的系统性工作,包括接收登记、审核、拟办、批办、分办、督办和反馈等环节。在此过程中,尤其对于需要反复协调,需要领导多次批示的公文,控制的难度就大大增加。为了进一步提高公文办理质量和效率,持续推进公文办理规范化程度,减少公文流转失误,我们在实践中运用系统原理加强全程控制,取得了良好效果。
Document processing is a procedural, involving a wide range of links more systematic work, including the reception of registration, review, proposed, approved, sub-office, supervision and feedback and other sectors. In this process, especially for those who need to repeatedly coordinate and need to lead multiple documents, the difficulty of control greatly increases. In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of official documents processing, continue to promote the standardization of official documents, and reduce errors in the circulation of official documents, we apply systematic principles to enhance overall control in practice and achieved good results.
