自社会主义市场经济逐步实行以来,集体谈判在其理论建设领域,法律法规建设领域以及政府、企业社会实践领域都有一定的发展。本文试比较分析中国集体谈判在各领域的发展现状,存在的阶段性特征,以及它们的内在关联,以此探析当前中国集体谈判存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策和建议。
Since the gradual implementation of the socialist market economy, collective bargaining has made some progress in the field of theoretical construction, the construction of laws and regulations, and the field of government and corporate social practice. This article tries to compare and analyze the status quo of the development of collective bargaining in China in various fields and the characteristics of the existing phases and their inherent relations so as to analyze the existing problems in the current collective bargaining in China and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
