目的研究四川大学华西医院8 944例健康体检女性HPV感染情况及其基因型分布。方法纳入四川大学华西医院体检健康中心2016年1月至9月行HPV检测的8 944例健康体检女性。HPV基因分型检测采用Luminex流式荧光技术进行,使用Excel 2007及SPSS 17.0软件分析HPV感染情况及基因型分布。结果 8 944例体检女性的HPV感染率为14.4%(1 291/8 944)。其中单一感染1 025例,感染率为11.5%(1 025/8 944),多重感染266例,感染率为3.0%(266/8 944);20~25岁和66岁及以上年龄段在单一及多重感染中的感染率均较其他年龄段有明显增高。在单一和多重感染中,4种最普遍的基因型依次均为HPV52、53、16和58,单一感染中HPV52感染率最高,且在31~35岁和61~65岁年龄段均有增高,多重感染中HPV52和16在20~25岁年龄段的感染率均有增高。结论根据本院健康体检女性HPV感染和基因型分布情况,建议将HPV52、53和58纳入到HPV疫苗筛选评估中。
Objective To study the prevalence and genotypic distribution of HPV infection in 8 944 healthy women in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Methods A total of 8 944 healthy women who underwent HPV testing from January to September in 2016 were collected from the Physical Health Examination Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University. HPV genotyping was performed using Luminex flow cytometry and HPV infection and genotype distribution were analyzed using Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 software. Results The HPV infection rate of 8 944 women was 14.4% (1291/8 944). Among them, 1 025 cases were single infection, the infection rate was 11.5% (1 025/8 944), multiple infection was 266 cases, the infection rate was 3.0% (266/8 944); 20 to 25 years old and 66 years old and above were single And multiple infections in the infection rate were significantly higher than other age groups. Among the single and multiple infections, the four most common genotypes were HPV52, 53, 16 and 58, respectively. The infection rate of HPV52 in single infection was the highest, and it was higher in 31-35 and 61-65 age groups, The infection rates of HPV52 and HPV16 in multiple infections ranged from 20 to 25 years old. Conclusion Based on the prevalence of HPV infection and genotype distribution in healthy women in our hospital, it is suggested that HPV52, 53 and 58 be included in the assessment of HPV vaccine screening.
