本文以40Mn_2V.34Mn_2V为试验钢。研究了热轧态及热锻态钢在不同热处理制度下金相组织的变化。试验表明,两试验钢热轧后带状组织严重,成份偏析较大,虽经不同热处理,组织中仍然有较严重的带状组织。其金相组织为珠光体、铁素体,还有一定数量的贝氏体。其贝氏体量随加热温度升高及冷速加快而增加。试料经热锻及热处理后,带状组织基本消失,其组织中贝氏体量较少。在各试验条件下,贝氏体均为粒状贝氏体,上、下贝氏体。但随热处理条件不同,各种贝氏体量不同。
In this paper, 40Mn_2V.34Mn_2V as test steel. The changes of microstructure of hot-rolled and hot-forged steels under different heat treatment systems were studied. Experiments show that the two strip steel after hot-rolling strip serious, large segregation of components, though different heat treatment, the organization still has more serious ribbon-like organizations. The microstructure of pearlite, ferrite, there is a certain amount of bainite. The amount of bainite increases with the heating temperature and the cooling rate increases. After hot forging and heat treatment, the banded structure basically disappeared, and the amount of bainite in the structure was small. In all experimental conditions, bainite are granular bainite, upper and lower bainite. However, with different heat treatment conditions, a variety of different bainite.
