利用车辆行驶过程中的卫星定位数据,可以计算和识别诸如超速和不按规定路线行驶等违规驾驶行为。准确有效的识别结果,能够为道路运输行业管理部门和运输企业实现动态安全管理提供充分可靠的管理依据。针对已有的违规驾驶行为辨识算法在抗数据噪声干扰方面的不足,提出了一种带抗噪声的违规驾驶行为辨识的方法。该方法结合预定行驶路线的地理坐标信息和分段限速值等基准判定数据,通过比较车辆当前行驶位置的卫星定位坐标与预定行驶路线最近坐标的球面距离值等,来判断和统计是否发生不按规定路线行驶的行为。通过比较车辆实时行驶速度、当前路段限速值和违规阈值等参数来判断和统计是否发生违规超速的行为。结合道路运输企业营运车辆实际运行过程中产生的大量车辆卫星定位数据,对所提出的辨识方法进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,与已有算法相比,本方法对于因漂移产生的卫星定位数据噪声有更强的抗干扰性,能够提高对不按规定路线行驶以及违规超速行为的识别准确率。
Using satellite positioning data during vehicle travel, irregular driving behavior such as speeding and traveling without a specified route can be calculated and identified. Accurate and effective identification results can provide a reliable basis for management of road transport industry and transport enterprises to achieve dynamic and secure management. Aiming at the deficiencies of anti-illegal driving behavior identification algorithm in resisting data noise interference, a method of identifying illegal driving behavior with anti-noise is proposed. In this method, reference determination data such as geographic coordinate information and segment speed limit values of a predetermined driving route are combined to determine whether statistical statistics are generated or not by comparing satellite positioning coordinates of the current driving position of the vehicle with the spherical distance values of the nearest coordinates of the predetermined driving route and the like Behavior according to the prescribed route. By comparing the real-time vehicle speed, the current section of the speed limit and violation threshold parameters to determine and statistics whether the occurrence of illegal speeding behavior. Combined with a large number of vehicle satellite positioning data generated during the actual operation of road vehicles, the proposed identification method was tested. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more robust against the noise of satellite positioning data due to drift compared with the existing algorithms and can improve the accuracy of recognition of non-compliant routes and illegal speeding behaviors.
