目的:探讨强度-时间(I/t)曲线对周围性面瘫诊断的意义。方法:测定116例患者额肌、眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌的I/t曲线339条,同时比较15例面神经手术探查情况。结果:在判断I/t曲线时,时值(C)和利用时(UT)具有诊断价值,而基强度(Rb)无诊断意义,I/t曲线失神经支配程度与临床表现呈正比,即病情越重,I/t曲线的变性程度越大,三块肌肉的瘫痪程度及其I/t曲线变性程度以口轮匝肌最大。结论:I/t曲线对面瘫具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the significance of intensity-time (I / t) curve in the diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: A total of 339 I / t curves of the frontalis, orbicularis oculi or orbicularis oris of 116 patients were measured, and 15 cases of facial nerve exploration were compared. Results: Time (C) and time of use (UT) had diagnostic value in determining I / t curve, while base intensity (Rb) had no diagnostic significance. The denervation degree of I / t curve was directly proportional to clinical manifestations The more severe the disease, the greater the degree of degeneration of the I / t curve.
