西德ＫａｒｌＳｔｏｒｚ硬性输尿管肾镜是泌尿外科诊断和治疗的必备设备。设备先进性能可靠。１９８９年６月至１９９０年１Ｏ月我院泌尿外科用超声碎石泵注水经尿道输尿管肾镜取石３３例，成功２６例，成功率７５％。在使用过程中由于操作人员不熟练损坏取石钳４把，价值人民币数千元。造成了很大的经济损失。由于该设备价格昂贵，是易损的精密专科设备，要求操作者必须掌握设备的性能，使用及维护的方法，充分发挥充备的使用效益。本文结合设备的性能、临床应用和维护谈一点体会。
