喝牛奶看准时间很多人爱空腹喝牛奶,认为这种喝法有利于消化吸收。其实,这并不科学。牛奶含有丰富的蛋白质,只有在摄入足量淀粉食物后才能不被作为热量消耗掉,从而真正发挥构造新组织、修补旧组织的作用。如果空腹饮牛奶,便只能代替淀粉作为热量消耗,如此就太浪费、太不经济了。科学证明,牛奶应在淀粉食物作为热量来源的基础上饮用,故宜在吃过早餐一两个小时后喝,并最好再吃些饼干、面包之类的淀粉食品,这样牛奶才能在胃中与胃液发生比较充分的酶解作用,从而使营养物质完全被人体吸收利用。
