基于温州市大门大桥双塔双索面斜拉桥的结构特点以及海洋侵蚀的外部环境,设计了以力学指标监测和电子化人工识别损伤相结合为主要思路的健康监测系统。利用ANSYS软件建立适合模拟多种构件损伤的三维有限元模型,确定监测项目和测点布置。通过变权综合层次分析法为核心的结构状态评估方法,完成对结构状态的真实评估。最终通过设置两级预警阈值和分级发送预警信息的方式,实现健康监测系统的预警功能。大门大桥健康监测系统是一个有机结合结构健康状况信息采集、存储、结构安全状况分析评估以及预警等多种功能于一体的综合性信息化监测管理平台,可为同类型桥梁的健康监测系统的设计提供借鉴。
