常凯,现任中国人民大学劳动关系研究所所长、劳动人事学院教授、博士生导师,并任中国劳动法学研究会副会长、中国法学会社会法研究会副会长、国际劳工组织项目顾问、国务院法制办委托项目《劳动合同法(草案)研究》课题组组长等。曾到十多个国家讲学以及学术访问。主持过十多项部委级、国家级和国际合作的科研项目。出版有《劳权论——当代中国劳动关系的法律调整研究》、《劳动关系学》等十余部专著,发表的论文有《论不当劳动行为立法》、《WTO、劳工标准与劳工权益保障》等百余篇。
Chang Kai is currently director of Institute of Labor Relations, Renmin University of China, professor and doctoral tutor of School of Labor and Human Resources and vice president of China Labor Law Research Association, vice president of Social Law Research Association of China Law Society, project consultant of ILO , The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council commissioned the project “Labor Contract Law (Draft) Research” task group leader. He has lectured and academic visits to more than ten countries. Presided over more than a dozen ministerial level, national and international cooperation in research projects. He published more than 10 monographs such as “The Theory of Labor Rights - A Study on Legal Adjustment of Labor Relations in Contemporary China” and “Labor Relations Studies”. His published papers include “Legislation on Improper Labor Practices”, “WTO, Labor Standards and Protection of Labor Rights and Interests ”More than 100 articles.
