目的对本实验室饲育的布氏田鼠孕鼠实施剖宫取胎,获得快速净化布氏田鼠种群的技术方法。方法采用剖腹产手术对布氏田鼠进行子宫摘除,使用产过一胎母性良好并且同期产子的ICR雌鼠进行代乳,观察代乳雌鼠对布氏田鼠幼仔的母性及仔鼠成活率。结果对6只布氏田鼠进行剖腹产手术,成功取出38只布氏田鼠的幼仔,剖腹产仔鼠成活率100%,离乳成活率为15.79%。结论初步确立了布氏田鼠剖腹产手术的技术方法,代乳ICR雌鼠代乳18 d后开始食仔,造成仔鼠18 d后大量死亡。解决代乳雌鼠食仔问题是提高代乳仔鼠成活率的关键,因此代乳的技术流程需进一步优化。
Objective To study the method of removing cesarean section of fetus Brandt’s vole (Microtus brandti) reared in our laboratory and obtain the rapid purification of Brandt’s vole. Methods Caesarean section mice were enucleated by caesarean section. The ICR females who had a good maternal birth and the same stage were surrogated for milk production. The maternal and offspring survival rate of offspring mice was observed. Results Caesarean section was performed on 6 Brandt ’s voles, and the pups of 38 Brandt’ s voles were successfully removed. The survival rate of offspring was 100% and the survival rate was 15.79%. Conclusion The technical method of caesarean section of Brandt’s vole (Microtus brandti) was initially established. The ICR female mice started to ewe on the 18th generation of milk, causing a large number of deaths after 18 days. To solve the problem of surrogacy mice Aberdeen is to raise the survival rate of offspring offspring key, so the technical process of milk replacement needs to be further optimized.
