柑桔果品具有色艳味美、汁多爽口、营养丰富等特点,是水果中经济价值高、市场需求量大的果品之一。近些年来,我国柑桔生产蓬勃发展,面积有106多万hm~2产量已达633万t,到2000年产量将达到1000万t,成为世界柑桔大国。目前我国的柑桔果品仍然难以占领国际市场,主要问题是成熟期集中,导致腐烂损失的现象严重存在,品质良莠不齐,早熟品种少,严重地影响柑桔
