针对某型号飞机余度作动系统力纷争现象,分析其产生的原因,建立力纷争均衡算法,以缓解力纷争现象,达到同舵面不同作动器间负载均分的目的。通过建立力纷争均衡的控制系统仿真模型,与物理试验结果作比较,计算力纷争均衡指令,对原舵面位置控制指令产生偏置信号,以均衡同一舵面不同作动器的两腔压差。运用仿真分析和物理试验相结合的方法对解决多余度作动系统力纷争现象的方法进行进一步探究,在建立原理性试验平台的同时,也为系统力纷争均衡控制律设计提供更可靠的试验评定依据。
Aiming at the phenomenon of system force dispute of a certain type of aircraft, this paper analyzes the causes and establishes a force dispute equalization algorithm to alleviate the phenomenon of force disputes and achieve the goal of equal load sharing among different actuators. By establishing a control system simulation model of force dispute equilibrium and comparing with the results of physical experiments, a force balance equalization command is calculated to generate a bias signal for the position control command of the original control surface to balance the pressure difference between the two chambers of different actuators on the same control surface . By means of combining the simulation analysis and the physical experiment, the method to solve the force dispute of the redundant actuation system is further explored. At the same time, it also provides a more reliable test evaluation for the design of the equilibrium control law of the system force while establishing the principle test platform in accordance with.
