变压器绝缘垫块以往用手工去毛,不但劳动强度大,且质量不易保证,特别对大型变压器,毛刺问题尤为敏感,毛刺大易造成放电击穿绕组。我厂制造了一台垫块倒角机,以解决手工去毛问题,原设计见图1。但经试车后发现刀具很快烧伤,甚至不能使用,发现铣刀刃部周围摩擦受热后已呈暗黑色,工件为2mm厚的绝缘纸板两侧加工部位也摩擦成暗红色。经测量,刃部后角几乎是α=0,也就是说,该铣刀圆弧刃部未铲出后角来而造成啃切,摩擦严重,因而烧伤表面。今把存在问题和改进意见
