做为经典人事行政管理,在现今社会中,供与需的基本社会人事需求是完全不平衡的,社会刚性需求人才是现在很多大学所培养不出来的。而大学里所培养出的所谓经过中国高等教育出身的高等人才,在走入社会后面临着社会再学习、从事与大学所学专业无关的工作、毕业等于“失业”。在这种情况下,教学改革之路在现今中国的高等教育中是必行之路。艺术设计专业是培养具备艺术设计学教学和研究等方面的知识和能力,能在艺术设计教育、研究、设计、出版和文博等单位从事艺术设计学教学、研究、编辑等方面工作的专门人才。然而,面对专业人才要有专业教育思路,专业教改之路,培养出适应社会的专业人才,提高就业率,降低社会就业压力。如何通过教学改革更有效的培养社会所需求的人才。对此,本人谈谈自己的想法。
